I will start switching my high meat intake to more raw veggy food, little by little. For longevity. TheCiscoKid, you seem to have had a more accomplished life than I’ve had so far. Stay away from all that spiritual quackery though. Most of it is bull. Mr X, so you fell back too? Remember, it’s not the “release” that’s the problem most of the time. In fact I had a crazy shift towards darker voice and higher beard growth rate after my recent releases. Just need breaks. For me, it’s a combo of emotional baggage, too frequent masturbation, and too many kinks that’s causing my problems. To keep disciplined, I’m now learning that you HAVE TO WORK OUT in tandem to ‘release’ your pent-up essence into your own muscles rather than flushing it literally down the toilet….(if you think of it, what a waste of your ‘life force’ ;))
