They’re not attracted to those men at all. You can’t fix that, and open mind just makes him into a friend at best, and a guy who will be cuckolded at worst.

You’re taking the extremist view here. You’re putting everyone into neat little boxes, but it just doesn’t work that way in real life.

However, there are some women that simply won’t go with anyone that isn’t a total Alpha. I get that. But is that really most women? I don’t think so. I think those women are on the extreme side of the spectrum. It’s a fetish for them and the more the guy treats them like shit, the better they like it.

Rake I’m doing a post tomorrow on what an alpha male is OR isn’t. I think some have too simplistic of a view when it comes to women’s tastes in men.

aoefe – you might want to look up some of the attraction triggers defined first by Mystery and then expanded by some of the Lovesystems guys. Confidence is one of the big ones, obviously, along with status. But, they also talk a lot about stuff like intelligence and humor and emotional maturity. All of that stuff, when you think about it, goes towards what we think of as a charismatic individual (aka dominant personality – aka Alpha Male). But, too many guys in the community, and over at Roissy, think it’s all about being an asshole.

Indians do not marry for love and happiness, they marry for duty.
