Like I said in my above comment, my problem lies with what the legal system has become. "Feminism" has had a critical part with that.

 

I'm also very fine with women's sexual liberation (which I think is more along the lines of what Assanova is praising).

Congrats to you on being a man. You handled your responsibilities maturely and in an equal manner. Nothing makes me angrier than couples who split and fight tooth and nail (especially when there's a child involved). You definitely have to be mature enough in life to know to pick and choose your battles.

 

I genuinely applaud you for the way you handled your divorce, it shows that you are not a heartless asshole, but also not a doormat and THAT is what most women want.

 

You're right, a man who has never intentionally hurt me has nothing to fear. I would have no desire to "rule" him or screw with his life....some guys want to assume the worst about women right away.
