- Day 4 update.
- So far I am on on Day 4 and it’s going really well. I am not edging, no porn etc compared to last time.
- I feel a lot better especially emotionally. I am looking for opportunities to talk with women and the motivation is definitely there. I am getting a better response from women and people in general. Looking forward to getting past Day 11 (previous record) and seeing the results.
- I think it’s so much better not to edge etc. Better to channel the energy towards interactions with real women. I’ll keep my results posted …

- I really don’t think in anyway this is aimed at deadening one’s libido, far from it. It is simply an exercise in not becoming a slave to one’s libido. I can honestly say my relationships with women are far better, and they definetly pickup on that very fact. Most women gain an upperhand on a man’s weakness in controlling his libido, that is one of the single most powerful tools women have and a man’s most common weakness.

- Been looking at deer exercise its quite interesting. There is also a counterpoint that it actually does more harm then good since westerners tend to live sedentary lives and it further stresses the nerves etc.. in the anus which can be counter beneficial. Would love to hear your take on it and what has happened since you started doing it, input would be greatly appreciated.
