- JP, that sounds a lot like the recipe for wellbeing as promoted by Dr Lorraine Day. I will start switching my high meat intake to more raw veggy food, little by little. For longevity.
- TheCiscoKid, you seem to have had a more accomplished life than I’ve had so far. Stay away from all that spiritual quackery though. Most of it is bull.
- Mr X, so you fell back too? Remember, it’s not the “release” that’s the problem most of the time. In fact I had a crazy shift towards darker voice and higher beard growth rate after my recent releases. Just need breaks. For me, it’s a combo of emotional baggage, too frequent masturbation, and too many kinks that’s causing my problems.

- I’m now in Day 4 and it seems to be getting easier! (big-time, tempting hard-ons in the morning though, which is in any case a good sign of health).
- To keep disciplined, I’m now learning that you HAVE TO WORK OUT in tandem to ‘release’ your pent-up essence into your own muscles rather than flushing it literally down the toilet….(if you think of it, what a waste of your ‘life force’ ;))
